Job Description Expansion of SAP and Oracle cloud product implementation consulting business in the accounting/SCM field.
Introducing Differentiate your consulting business and build and execute a successful business scheme (including sales activities in collaboration with the sales department)
Plan the business (sales target setting, recruitment plan, etc.) and guide the department (hereinafter referred to as practice) to the planned future image.
Support practice members in building their career plans and develop them.

Requirements		 Those who have graduated from a four-year university or above and have 15 years or more of working experience
Person with 10 years or more of experience in consulting on external systems implementation for financial accounting or supply chain operations, or equivalent management of in-house business operations (especially desirable experience in consulting on implementation of SAP, Oracle, etc.)
People with project management experience in financial accounting or supply chain system implementation
Those who have experience in global projects using English
Person with team management experience
Person who has experience in launching a project
Those who have experience in drawing up a growth vision and independently implementing a business plan (including resource planning, marketing, sales/pre-sales) in line with this vision.
Person who has experience with ERP cloud
Person who has experience in training subordinates
Language Requirements: Native-level Japanese with Business-level English
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Native Level
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 15000K
