| Job Description |
You will be responsible for production management and quality control of Intermestic Group products (eyeglass frames and eyeglass-related miscellaneous goods). ◆ Organizational structure of the place of assignment A team is formed at each factory, with 20 employees, most of whom are in their 40s. Many of them have experience in quality and production management in apparel, paper, and food products in their previous jobs, and some have no experience in production or quality management of eyeglasses. This is an environment where you will be involved in the production of eyeglasses targeting a wide range of customers. This is a very important position that plays a part in the SPA method of manufacturing, which covers everything from planning to manufacturing and sales. In addition, we expect you to not only carry out fixed tasks, but also to cooperate with the factory and team members in charge and proactively work on improving and proposing work improvements. ・Production management operations at subcontracted factories in Japan and overseas (China) (delivery management, quality control, production progress management, etc.) ・Planning and developing new products in collaboration with in-house MD and designers ・Business trip to a manufacturing contracted factory (on-site business negotiations) about once a month *Basically communication will be mainly via email and telephone |
