| Job Description |
[Job overview] ・Ensuring the qualification and approval of suppliers who deliver to our multiple global locations. ・Periodically conduct global supplier audits and implement and monitor necessary measures. ・Withdrawal of suppliers globally. ・Prepare and execute global/regional/local Quality Assurance Agreements on behalf of our company and ensure that our commitments are followed at all locations. ・Work as a joint team with global/regional procurement and supply chain management, including supplier selection, supplier evaluation, supplier development, and supplier risk management. • Participate in category (strategy) boards. ・Lead supplier improvement projects for global suppliers. ・Analyze supplier quality KPIs, make necessary decisions, and initiate necessary actions. • Acts as first level of escalation for local supplier quality engineers regarding product quality issues. ・Formulate and implement visions and strategies for supplier quality assurance activities together with category managers, and disseminate them throughout the organization. - Respond to facility audits by external organizations (FDA, ISO/MDSAP, etc.). |

【Prerequisite】 ＜Experience/Skills＞ - 5+ years of supplier quality control experience in the medical device or automotive industry. Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in interpreting global regulatory standards and laws applicable to medical devices (ISO, QSR, GMP, jPAL, cCMP, etc.) ・Knowledge and experience in supplier management for suppliers with global/regional footprints ・High level quality tools and methodological skills (e.g. 8D, 5-Whys, FMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ) ・Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and project management skills ・Certified Supplier Quality Auditor ・Contract negotiation skills knowledge in categories, preferably - Possess excellent cross-cultural skills capable of dealing with diverse cultures. ・A self-starter who can actively motivate others. Adhere to the highest ethical standards and actively promote trust, respect and integrity in all internal and external transactions.
