Job Description As a PLM (Senior) Functional Consultant, you should have depth and breadth of functional & domain know-how.
Work independently on defining solutions for mid-side, complex projects or contribute to the solution of a program.
Prepare a road map for the competency/industry segment in the form of competitive service offerings.
Get involved in practice reusable component inventory and knowledge management.
Represent the practice/domain in deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or lead delivery issue resolutions when required.
Get involved in assignments in large programs, help in defining business and technological solutions

Requirements		 Fluency in Japanese and English languages
5 years of experience in handling PLM consulting and implementation projects specifically in Siemens Teamcenter
Strong PLM domain knowledge - Experience in working with one of the following industries - Auto, Hi-Tech/Med-Tech, Manufacturing, or Retail/CPG
Understanding of the Teamcenter product itself, how it is used, and how the business operates more widely
PLM Implementation experience using at least one of the leading PLM technologies (Preferably Teamcenter)
Having the analytical skills to analyze/synthesize customer requirements, and PLM business processes to form ideas and participate in solutions
Skilled in research - comfortable diving deeper into subject matter, translating the material into the required format and language (Japanese to English and back)
Clear and structured communication skills
Comfortable engaging (virtually most of the time) with stakeholders across all levels of customer business
Proficiency in MS Office – ppt, excel, access, etc
Understand Software design lifecycle models and methodologies
Japanese Languages: Japanese Fluent level and English Business level.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 9000K - JPY 10000K
