End to End RPA BOT development experience (automation request assessment, requirement definition, development, testing, operational design) IT development or operation project experience in English (leadership position or higher) Japanese language experience User training experience (explaining/introducing new systems to users, new functions, Q&A support, etc.) Experience in introducing automated products, PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification - Experience in creating and updating CSV (Computer System Validation) Work knowledge and experience in safety monitoring work and clinical trial work in the Japanese pharmaceutical industry Experience in implementing BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) or process mining Promoting citizen development projects Experience /Business level English proficiency Japanese language: Business level Japanese JLPT N2 and English required. |
