Job Description Brings Client context from close delivery experience, Lead delivery set-up governance & Works closely with EDP and service line delivery team
Owns delivery management and delivery excellence by leading the design and customer requirements gathering, validation and optimization
Responsible to set-up delivery and governance rigor and reviews operational metrics, assess risk and drive mitigation plans, review SoW / work orders
Consults EDP at respective situations to better address delivery issues, and resolves/escalates appropriately and ensures monthly submission of C-Margin forecasts
Focuses on technology expertise and innovation to transform delivery and ensure delivery excellence
Supports EDP / SBU Head on prospective opportunities as needed
As main delivery lead, responsible for monitoring and reporting of delivery commitments to client and ensuring committed Cost-of-Delivery (CoD) to Client leadership
Brings understanding of the client environment to identify and qualify add-on and new opportunities

Requirements		 Solid understanding and prior experience in working in Onshore-Offshore model as part of large IT outsourcing Service providers
Intermediate Japanese language ability (participate in discussions in Japanese, understand and able to speak but doesn’t need to be an expert)
Prior experience in working with insurance customers/good Insurance knowledge (good to have but not mandatory)
Years of experience: 15+
Required certification: N/A
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 11000K - JPY 12000K
