<Job details> "Sales expansion of fine ceramic parts to overseas customers" ・Sales in charge of specific customers in the Chinese market ・New customer development *We will be responsible for overseas sales in fields where demand is expected to grow further in the future. *You will acquire knowledge of the company's products and will be in charge of sales mainly in China. <Products in charge> ・Ceramic substrate <Features> ■The company's electronic components make use of the ceramic technology it has cultivated over many years and are used in a variety of electronics fields that require reliability, such as automotive, medical, aerospace, and infrastructure businesses. ■You will be able to grasp the needs for products that make use of the company's strengths in materials, and work with the technology department to propose and expand sales of the products. In addition, it is an environment where even young people can take on challenges globally in a wide range of fields. |

・Annual income: 6 million yen to 11 million yen ・Monthly salary: 302,000 yen to 614,500 yen ・Basic salary: 302,000 yen to 614,500 yen *Normal overtime pay (however, no overtime in principle) *Overtime allowance will not be paid to those in management and supervisory positions. ■Salary increase: Once a year (April) ■Bonus: Twice a year (June, December) *Salary will be determined based on consideration of previous employment income, work experience, etc. *Complete social insurance |
