Drive the value of the product in the connected services portfolio based on the input & request from global & region CCS teams, upstream planning, Aftersales and so on Provide service roadmap of each service stream, lead discussion and bring proposal for implementation plan, priority, timeline, resource etc. Support SLP process by tightly cooperating with broad stakeholder Keep tracking & updating service portfolio based on global & regional Type C plan Visualize the latest service portfolio and roadmap of each service stream to let all stakeholder including region to have clear understanding of business situation & latest decision transparently Based on the data, identify the customer’s pain points, and prioritize the backlog to improve the product continuously.
