Working Hours	Shift system (8 hours of actual work per day / overtime) * Shifts are created every month * Shift example: 8:00 to 17:00 (1 hour break), 13:00 to 22:00 (1 hour break) * There is no night work

Other Salary Description	≪Monthly salary model≫ 200,000 yen to 350,000 yen ≪Annual income model≫ 2,400,000 yen-4,200,000 yen * Annual salary is paid in 12 divisions * Basic 2.4 million yen (200,000 yen per month) starts for new graduates and people without hotel experience * Experienced people can consult with us by referring to their experience and in-service salary. * Includes fixed overtime (30 hours). Excess overtime will be paid separately Welfare: ◆ Complete with social insurance ◆ Commuting allowance (up to 25,000 yen) ◆ Salary increase promotion once a year (based on evaluation) ◆ Meal assistance (1 meal, lunch box (250 yen) available) ◆ Complete dormitory (single dormitory / new construction / home appliances included) Only costs 15,000 yen/month for shared room and 20,000 yen for studio styled dorm 20,000 yen will be requested as a cleaning fee when leaving the dormitory ◆ 60-year-old retirement age system (re-employment system available until 65 years old) ◆ Condolence money system ◆ Group company facility use discount ◆ Staff introduction system (payment of reward) ◆ In-house deposit (annual interest rate 1% -5%)
