Job Description |
As the General Manager of the Operations Planning Department, you will be responsible for strengthening internal controls and promoting projects across the entire first-line operations division. 1. Project promotion Creating a business flow that follows the customer journey Extracting issues based on facts, figures, and data, planning and promoting improvement measures Documentation (creation of documents such as regulations and manuals) Organize, promote, manage, and realize projects as a party to the business Communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Monitoring and checking operations 2. Job Requirements |
[Required skills/experience] ・Have experience in managing large-scale projects at a consulting firm or a financial institution. - Have a basic understanding of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, and Foreign Exchange Act. ・Have basic knowledge about crypto assets ・Have experience in business improvement/BPR - Have basic IT knowledge and experience to be able to discuss requirements with the Technology Headquarters. ・Have business-level English and Japanese skills [Welcome skills and experience] ・Coordination ability, project management ability ・Related qualifications (PMBOK, BABOK, Six Sigma, etc.) ・Basic knowledge about AML/CFT ・Basic knowledge about financial crime countermeasures ・Experience in project management and requirements definition related to legal compliance ・Experience in introducing and modifying systems and tools ・Knowledge and experience in the IT and Fintech industries ・Business knowledge of crypto assets, foreign currencies, securities, etc. |
