Job Description Responding to requests and inquiries from customers
Build strong relationships of trust with Company customers
Communication with logistics providers and import/logistics teams regarding customer requirements
Collaborate with internal accounting and GBS teams to ensure appropriate credit management.
Serves as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalates to Customer Service Specialists as necessary.
Receive orders from customers and process them using SAP.
Process specific orders from internal departments.
Oversee the order-to-cash process and escalate issues to customer service specialists.
Upon request, we will assist you in setting up and maintaining your master data in SAP
Respond to customer requests and queries and be first point of contact for complaints
Receive and process orders for internal and external customers using SAP
Assist with master data set up as requested
Communicate with logistics providers and import & logistics team concerning customer requests

Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
SAP experience
Wholesale business experience (optional)
Basic English skills (both written and oral) a plus
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service
Demonstrated ability to learn new computer software, such as SAP
good communication skills
cooperative team player
good time management skills
Highly adaptable and flexible
IT literacy, MS Office applications and Google applications
Japanese Language: Japanese (Fluent) Level N1 and Business english
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 6000K
