Job Description SCCM/MECM Current Branch Administration.
Monitor and maintain SCCM Server Infrastructure Health.
3+ years of experience in SCCM and Intune in Windows 10 environment.
Experience in deploying Group Policies to groups/OU’s through AD and Azure AD.
Experience in Endpoint Protection management.
Creating Distribution Points and distributing the images accordingly.
Experienced in using Autopilot as a modern OS deployment solution with strong understanding of processes and mechanics to developing end to end provisioning processes through Intune including images, software deployment and patching.
Manage and configure User and Device collections including: Creating query-based collections Configuring Site Collection Maintenance Windows.
Deploying Operating System Images (primarily Windows 10) via SCCM OSD. This includes: Configuring WDS, configuring PXE, configuring the VM build environment, and Integrating with MDT, USMT Build / Capture / Update Windows 10 images. • Manage images (updating of Drivers, Patches, Apps; etc.)
Experience in Windows 10/11 Servicing (OS Upgrades).
Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS) Management through SCCM and Intune.
Creating and deploying the Task Sequence.
Deployment of Applications and Software Updates through SCCM.
Maintain SCCM client health using Group Policy, WSUS, logon scripts, Client Push, etc.
Create, modify, and produce custom reporting as needed.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
ITIL Knowledge (Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem Management processes).
Willing to work in a 24X7 support model.
Excellent communication skill (English - both written and verbal)
