Job Description Structure the practice and form a team able to meet customer needs in Japan in the Embedded and Application Software field.   
Understand new market needs and design a strategy to keep the practice relevant. 
Act as a subject matter expert on Medical devices lifecycle, standards and related technology. 
Proactively lead meetings with clients and prospects to scope solutions and drive client engagements. 
Drive growth of existing Customers through meeting Delivery expectations, and look for opportunities to extend collaborations. 
Coordinate and maintain relationships with key Partners, Vendors, Capgemini and Client stakeholders. 
Responsible for developing technical solutions and value propositions for our clients leveraging his team and group capabilities. 
Participate in the creation of technical responses to customer challenges. 
Join proposal defense meeting with customers.

Job
Requirements		 10+ years’ experience within a Life Science R&D Center or with a Service company offering Embedded Software, and Digital related services. 
Past Experience in bringing products or services through the entire life cycle from concept into production. 
Knowledge in Embedded OS/RTOS (VxWorks / QNX / Windows / WinCE / Linux / etc…) 
Knowledge in Embedded Languages Embedded C & Embedded C++, VC++, Scripting skills  
SDLC for Medical Devices or similar areas. 
Entrepreneurial and autonomous spirit 
Strong negotiating and influencing skills 
Team Management experience is required 
Team player and Flexible 
Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 preferred  
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 15000K - JPY 20000K
