Job Description [English Telephone Operator]
This job is in a multilingual call center.
You will respond to customer requests and inquiries in both English and Japanese.
You will be required to make some face-to-face appearances and provide online interpretation and translation services.
Company Info No experience necessary! Work as an interpreter/translator at a multilingual call center!
You can utilize your English language skills.
You can learn customer service manners and language skills necessary for business.
Many foreign nationals work at the call center.
People who enjoy communicating with others are active here.
Office casual attire is OK!
As some work is done online, please be mindful of cleanliness and grooming.

Working Hours [Shift system]
8 hours of actual work between 8:00 and 22:00 (60 minutes break)

Interpreter

- Japanese level: N1 equivalent
- Ability to use polite business language in Japanese
- Business level/read and write Japanese

- Basic PC operation (able to type smoothly)
