This is a call center job at a famous hotel.
You will be taking reservations for the hotel’s restaurants and providing information on the hotel’s facilities in English.
-Receiving restaurant reservations
-Providing information on the hotel’s facilities
-Handling inquiries about services
-Handling inquiries from customers, including overnight guests, etc.
