[Tagalog/English interpretation at a multilingual call center] This job involves working as an operator at a multilingual contact center using Tagalog, English, and Japanese. You will interpret for native staff working at overseas call centers and translate emails. Inquiries will cover matters related to transportation, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc. You will provide general support to overseas staff. *The main focus will be inbound work such as interpretation and translation, but you may also be asked to perform outbound work depending on the situation. |
