Job Description As a member of the IT Managed Service team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support via phone/chat/email to Front and Back Office staff of the company. The primary focus of the role will be to provide first-line support for all PC related issues within a standardized operating environment. You will be required to identify issues and escalate them to the appropriate second or third-line IT teams, both locally and globally, following identification and initial troubleshooting.
You will work as part of a team and be flexible to work on a shift basis to provide coverage to users. You will also need to possess basic knowledge of IT and excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal. In addition, you should be proactive, self-reliant, and able to prioritize and multitask.
