Job Description	・Management of an e-commerce site specializing in cosmetics. ・E-commerce site administration including advertising setup and sales management. ・Negotiations with platforms such as Amazon and Rakuten Marketplace, as well as with external ・operation agencies. ・Product registration and inventory management, including new product listings and stock coordination. ・Customer support via email correspondence.

Job Requirements	・Experience managing e-commerce sites such as Amazon, Rakuten Marketplace, Yahoo, and Tmall. Candidates with any form of e-commerce experience are encouraged to apply, even those new to the industry, if they are keen on market trends and enjoy creative problem-solving. Foreign nationals must live in Japan and have a Japanese business level (N2) or higher.

Other Salary Description	Monthly salary 200,000 yen to 300,000 yen Salary increase once a year, bonus twice a year (according to 3 months last year), family allowance, commuting allowance (actual expenses paid), housing allowance (16,000 yen for head of household, 8,000 yen for others), various social insurances, Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of work), childcare leave system (100% return rate after childcare leave), time paid system, qualification acquisition support system, health checkup subsidy system, accumulated paid leave system, education system (OJT training, rank-based training, correspondence course, external seminar), office casual, water server, lunch box allowance
Holidays	Full two-day work week (Saturdays and Sundays), holidays, paid vacation days (10 days given after 6 months of employment), summer vacation, winter vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, congratulations and condolence vacation *122 days off per year
