[Job summary] We are looking for someone who can immediately work as an SCM in overseas operations. [Job details Job description] (1) Conclusion of outsourcing contracts with domestic and overseas suppliers related to transactions with the overseas sales headquarters Managing contract with supplier for Japan and overseas transaction which related to International Sales department (2) Delivery date negotiation and delivery date management for intermediary products with external factories and our own factories (Niigata, Saitama) based on orders from overseas subsidiaries and overseas agencies Based on received order by overseas subsidiaries and distributors, Managing delivery schedule of intermediate trading (3) Formulation of purchasing plans based on demand forecasts Based on demand analysis, purchasing developing plan (4) Storage and management of inventory assets and implementation of inventory Supervising inventory and storage (5) Ordering, receipt and payment management, and inventory management of trademark protection materials (in collaboration with the Quality Control Department) Handling trademark related process with Quality Control department (6) Master application, registration, and management of handled products Managing application and registration of goods |
| Job Requirements |
【Prerequisite】 ・Practical experience related to intermediary (trilateral) transactions with foreign countries (3 years or more) 3+ years experiences of intermediate trading ・Strong negotiation skills ・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ・English (Business level, TOEIC 800+) ・Japanese (JLPT N2+) [Welcome conditions] ・Those who can handle various tasks with a sense of responsibility Strong organizational skills and able to manage priorities and workflow ・People who like sports Great for those with passion for sports |
