・ Practical support for the entire team as a leader candidate
* Payroll calculation for overseas bases, joining and leaving procedures, visa procedures, consultation desk for overseas personnel affairs, transfer from Japan to overseas bases and from overseas bases to Japan, organizational adjustment work, etc.
・Labor and personnel system design at overseas bases (compensation system design, welfare system design, salary/benefit system design, organizational development support, cross-border personnel system design, etc.)
・Support for launching back office in new overseas business (external partner sourcing, personnel system introduction, operation construction, evaluation system introduction, etc.)
・Construction and improvement of back office operation processes at overseas bases

Requirements
【Prerequisite】
・ Business-level English skills (level that can be done in a conference call in English)
・Experience in overseas personnel field (3 years or more)
・Persons who have experienced at least two of the following

・International tax knowledge
