Job Description |
・Planning, improvement, and operation of work style-related measures such as human resources, welfare benefits, and evaluation systems ・Building an organizational structure such as staffing ・Human resource development, design and implementation of training system ・Member management ・Creation of infrastructure for human resources database ・Organization and recruitment strategy planning to realize business strategies ・Development and implementation of recruitment strategy ・Design and implementation of on/offboarding ・Contribute to solving human and organizational issues as an HRBP role ・Lead the implementation of human resources strategies from the same perspective as management and business managers ・Labor-related work, etc. |
