[English-speaking mobile phone inquiries desk] The call center responds to inquiries in English about mobile phones. We receive about 30-40 inquiries per day. ■Example inquiries ・"How do I check my billing details?" ・"Can you tell me about campaign information?" ・"I want to register a change of address, what should I do?", etc. |

Job Contract Period |
You will be provided with training when you join the company. During the training, you will learn about the role of the call center, be introduced to the members, and learn about administrative procedures. You will also be carefully taught from the basics how to use dedicated systems and tools. You will be trained at a pace that suits each individual, so you can work with confidence even if you have no experience. *The hourly wage during this period will not change. *We will inform you of the selection procedure, so please apply first. |
