Main duties

1. Main responsibilities of the job

• Understand and analyze the market, industry, culture, consumers, buyers and key customers (financial situation, strategy, goals, strengths, weaknesses, needs, challenges, etc.).

• Collect information on our products and competitors' products (sales, distribution, price, etc.).

• Analyze key customers and identify challenges and opportunities.

• Set goals for each customer and develop a basic strategy to achieve them.

• Plan and properly execute the use of promotion funds.
• Communicate strategies and plans to distributors and provide education and training to ensure understanding and execution.

• Participate in customer meetings and lead negotiations for Bel products.

• Track and analyze performance results and identify areas for improvement.

• Visit stores regularly to understand the current situation and seek ways to improve.

• Work with marketing to develop promotional tools and processes.

• Build relationships with distributors and communicate regularly.

2. Expected Challenges

• Managing and coordinating distributors will be a major challenge. If Bel's business is a small part of the overall distributor mix, it may be a low priority.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales volume growth in key accounts

• Distribution network expansion and price management

• Development of promotional materials and tools
