| Job Requirements |
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience - Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, with hands-on experience in Agile project management. - Proven experience as Scrum Master role. - Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. - Business level Japanese(JLPT N2) and English |
