Working Hours	Flextime system 【What is the Humble Bunny flextime system? 】 We have a flextime system for team members who prefer to work in the afternoon. Core working hours are from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Job Requirements	【What Is Required?】・Fluent in English ((TOEIC 700+ or Equivalent) and Japanese (N2 or equivalent) Candidate may be any ethnicity, but preference will be placed on an individual who’s fully native in English or Japanese, with the above fluent capability in the other. Fluency will be determined by active language skills: speaking and writing ・Education (minimum): High School degree or equivalent ・Education (preferred): College or Vocational ・5+ years of full-time professional experience, and ・3+ years of full-time experience in SEO operations, production, and execution (*We are primarily looking for hands-in-the-dirt execution, as opposed to those who have managed or coordinated a team) 【Individual Soft/Human Skill Requirements】 Leadership: As a Manager, we’re expecting you to have the ability to motivate, support, and elicit positivity in your teams, even when the goings are tough. Without this skill, we won’t be able to put people under you as they’ll be demotivated towards non-success. Further, we want to make sure you have a path in front of you toward a future “Lead” position and will look for these natural abilities in the candidate. ・Motivating teams via acceptance, safety, and fundamental “belief” in them ・Excellent listening (understanding) skills as well as well-practiced active listening techniques ・Some acceptance and mastery of leadership fundamentals (Such as vulnerability, self-awareness, curiosity to understand people, creating safety, etc.) for inspiring teams ・Austerity and humility to own mistakes and improve forward Conscientiousness: Here’s the Wikipedia definition of this one: Conscientious people tend to be efficient and organized as opposed to easy-going and disorderly. Other Salary Description	【Reagrding salary】　・〜7,000,000 yen yearly (including bonuses, allowances, etc.) ・Negotiable ・HB’s Insane 40% Profit Bonus System 【Benefits and Perks】・ Social insurance (health insurance, pension, employment insurance, workers' accident insurance) ・ Unlimited PTO: Mandatory holiday system as well to encourage those who are more shy to take days off. ・ Humble Bunny's original profit-sharing system ・ Career step-up support system ・ Workcation with team members ・ Flexible system in case of life events ・ Other side jobs/part-time work allowed ・Professional Development Day: One dedicated day per month to plan out your quarterly goals, and make meaningful study or development towards a targeted position and impact at Humble Bunny. Output from these days is then funneled into potential promotions and career lift. ・Money Mondays (Earn extra bonus for electing to come and be on-site with the team on Mondays) ・Unexpected bonuses/salary increases every 6 months on average 【Company KPIs】・Average full-time staff tenure: 28.8 months ・Average time period between unexpected raises, bonuses, etc. (5.4 months)
