- 社内ユーザ、社外ベンダとのコミュニケーションスキル
- システム開発プロジェクト参加経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力、および日常レベル以上の英語力(目安:TOEIC600点)

以下の経験・スキル、尚可：
- プログラム開発経験（Java, VB.NET, Python, HTML, Java Script, C#, PHP, Perl）
- サーバ、ミドルウェア、データベースに関する知識・スキル
- 生産システム保守運用経験
- 半導体製造プロセスの知識
