Job Description	With the mission of "Excite the world and yourself," we provide high-quality mobile online games planned and developed in-house both domestically and internationally! <Job type> As a person in charge of promoting mobile online games, you will utilize your English skills to handle tasks such as SNS operations and community management. <Specific duties> ・Overseas SNS management (5 languages, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) ・English translation of promotional measures ・Quality check of English translation ・Community management (Discord) ・English sub-audio support for live broadcasts of in-house games ・Proposal of promotion measures, etc.
Working Hours	Depending on your role, you will be employed as a general worker, discretionary labor worker, or managerial supervisor. ・General work: 9:30-18:30 ・Discretionary labor positions/management supervisory positions: Employees are considered to have worked 8 hours, and time distribution, including work execution methods and start and end times, is left to the worker's decision.
Job Requirements	[Requirements] ・ Those who have experience in managing SNS ・Native-level English proficiency ・Business level Japanese ability ・Practical experience in promotion in the entertainment industry [Welcome requirements] ・Promotion experience for smartphone games (campaigns using SNS/TV commercials/online/offline experience/community formation, etc.) ・Operational advertising experience ・Basic terminology and numerical understanding/analysis of smartphone games ・Practical experience in promoting IP titles ・Other language skills (Korean, Chinese (traditional), French, Arabic, Spanish)
English Level	Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level	Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary	Depends on experience
Other Salary Description	Determined according to ability etc. The monthly salary for each type of work includes the following allowances. In addition, additional premium wages will be paid for overtime work/late night work that exceeds the prescribed hours. ・General work: 30 hours of overtime pay ・Discretionary labor position: 20 hours of late night allowance ・Management and supervisory positions: 100,000 yen post allowance equivalent to late-night work
Holidays	Full two-day work week (Saturday and Sunday), holidays, holidays designated by the company (year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, etc.)
