Description * Provide Technical Support: Address and resolve IT issues for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations. * Monitor Systems: Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring optimal performance. * Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems promptly, providing clear communication throughout the process. * Manage Tickets: Operate the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring all requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
