One of the TOP global investment firm in the world, looking for a bilingual IT support candidate join their IT team in Tokyo. Description -Provide IT administration -Respond all tires of support from telephone to remote access to desk-side -Respond to critical incidents (PC or LAN failure) on an on-call basis -Install and maintenance Hardware/ Software -Troubleshooting technical issues (Desktop, laptop, Monitores) Profile -Understanding of security practices including physical, internet, and wireless -Service Desk Financial Industry experience is plus -Experience troubleshooting conference rooms, Zoom/Teams conferencing issues,telephony, systems, messaging platforms and collaboration tools -Ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues and eliminate repetitive issues both on-site and remotely Job Offer - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company - Collaborative and supportive team environment - Flexible work schedule and work-life balance - Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
