Description * Verify and validate system configurations by accessing environments and running checks. * Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, collaborating with technical teams in English when necessary. * Update internal documentation and training materials as needed. Profile * Experience with Linux/Windows installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. * Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with SaaS configuration. * Ability to modify and run Python scripts. * Strong documentation skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
