仕事内容	As the Procurement Senior Manager, you'll oversee procurement operations, focusing on strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and value optimization across all spend categories. Your role is critical in maintaining the company's position as a leader through efficient operations and strong supplier partnerships. Description * Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute sourcing strategies to support the company's goals while optimizing costs. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for procurement, aligning strategies with broader company objectives and ensuring business needs are efficiently met. * Supplier Management: Oversee supplier selection, conduct negotiations, manage ongoing relationships, and ensure supplier performance aligns with standards. * Innovation and Improvement: Seek and implement improvements within procurement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Team Development: Mentor and develop the procurement team, promoting a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement. Profile * Holds a bachelor's degree; an MBA or specific procurement accreditation is preferred. * Comes with 7-10 years of relevant experience in procurement or related fields. * Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively at all organizational levels. * Has proven project management abilities and a history of improving procurement processes. * Is fluent in Japanese and proficient in English, with international experience being a significant plus.
