仕事内容	* Lead the Supply Chain department, focusing on streamlining operations, improving forecast accuracy, and managing the entire product lifecycle for high reliability and profitability. * Foster a collaborative environment that not only enhances internal processes but also contributes globally, through innovation in supply chain management and talent development within the organization. Description * Enhance and optimize demand management, local sales and operations planning (S&OP), third-party management, and product lifecycle processes. * Govern the local S&OP process and ensure the reliable supply of products by maintaining high forecast accuracy and effective coordination with Sales and Marketing. * Manage the product portfolio profitably throughout its lifecycle, while complying with relevant laws and regulations. * Foster close ties with the global supply chain network, promoting talent development and knowledge sharing. Profile * Have proven experience in leading supply chain operations, preferably within the Japanese market. * Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans and policies. * Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, with a focus on talent development and team dynamics. * Be highly knowledgeable in supply chain management practices, including demand management, S&OP, and product lifecycle management. * Exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and compliance with laws and regulations.
