仕事内容	Seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist to design and implement sourcing strategies that significantly impact business operations. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead negotiations and create value through streamlined procurement practices in the APAC region. Description * Strategically lead sourcing and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business needs and cost-effectiveness. * Craft and execute sourcing plans, considering both internal needs and external market dynamics. * Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, integrating procurement strategies with broader business objectives. * Analyze value chains to inform decisions on indirect spending, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements in commercial negotiations with suppliers. * Promote and support adherence to qualified supplier networks, underlining the importance of leveraging approved sources. * Contribute to continual improvement of the sourcing process and support global procurement initiatives. * Uphold the company's purchasing policies, with a sharp focus on risk management and brand reputation. Profile * Holds a Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain with at least 5 years of relevant sourcing and contracting experience. * Exhibits excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. * Communicates effectively in English and Japanese; proficiency in Korean is a plus. * SAP experience is mandatory * Is a team player with strong self-motivation, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
