仕事内容	As Transportation Excellence Manager you will ensure seamless global transport operations and spearhead innovative logistics solutions. In this role, you will champion operational excellence across international boundaries, ensuring that products are always available and delivered efficiently to customers. Description * Lead operational management for inter-regional transport, guaranteeing consistent product availability and top-tier customer service. * Drive improvements and manage reliability for inter-region transportation, ensuring seamless execution and vendor performance. * Foster strong partnerships with vendors and internal teams, leading sourcing initiatives and process enhancements for efficient logistics. * Champion end-to-end logistical improvements, focusing on freight handling, regulatory approvals, and optimizing supply chain movements. * Implement and uphold best practice standards and KPIs, managing a global team to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency. Profile * Holds a bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain. * Experienced in a global, matrixed organization, preferably in the Medical Device sector, with a strong business acumen. * Proven track record of strategic thinking, project implementation, and delivering results on time. * Excellent at team leadership, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. * Knowledgeable in Planisware, PMP, LEAN, SIX SIGMA, APICS, FPX, SDLC methodologies; FPX, PMP certifications preferred.
