仕事内容	This role involves defining and implementing procurement strategies for the marketing category, ensuring alignment with global business objectives to achieve cost savings and enhance efficiency. You'll manage key supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement targets, all within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of the Tokyo office. Description * Develop and execute category strategies, including risk and supply base assessments, bench-marking, and strategic planning. * Lead local market strategy, drive savings realisation, and ensure compliance with contracts and procurement policies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic sourcing projects, from supplier selection to contract activation. * Manage commercial relationships with key suppliers, aiming for performance improvement and cost reduction. * Engage with key stakeholders, acting as a business partner to align procurement strategies with business needs and contribute to budget improvements. Profile * Have 4-6 years of professional experience in Indirect Procurement - any category experience is welcome * Be proficient in both English and Japanese. * Demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. * Exhibit leadership qualities, with experience in direct report management preferred.
