Description * Develop supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives. * Optimize goods and services delivery for efficiency and timeliness. * Lead cross-functional teams to solve supply chain challenges. * Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Mentor a team of professionals; lead supply chain, warehousing, and transportation strategic programs. * Integrate digital solutions for transparency and performance enhancement in distribution. * Coordinate with customer service and operations to improve delivery and distribution processes. Profile * Minimum 8 years in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in distribution. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. * Proven experience in leading diverse teams and driving organizational change. * Expertise in project management and analytics, with a customer-focused approach. * University degree or equivalent in a related field.
