Job Description From the standpoint of third-party verification, the company aims to "improve the quality of the ERP market as a whole, contribute to the acceleration of DX in Japan, and create a world where users are truly happy."

However, more and more companies are reviewing their ERP systems as a management platform to respond to changes in the business environment due to digital transformation, rather than simply replacing aging systems. While the promotion of ERP has been greatly accelerated, there are also many companies that are facing challenges in their projects.
The company offers a wide variety of services to keep projects on schedule and ensure smooth production. Examples of these services include PMO services that lead from a third-party perspective with a big-picture viewpoint for various stakeholders, including customers and vendors, and data migration support services that assist in migration, which tends to cause problems.
With a track record of providing solutions to approximately 1,000 clients, the company will continue to create more and more new services to ensure that DX promotion essentially improves the quality of management.

■Support for Clients
・End-users: Consistent quality support for the entire project from the business and management perspective of the user company introducing the ERP system (PMO, acceptance support, data migration, etc.)
・Package vendors (companies with their own products): PMO support/quality assurance support/testing support for product (new and maintenance) development and some implementation development (including quality assurance support for SaaS product enhancement)
・Implementation vendor: Consistent participation from the upstream process, including overall quality assurance support/PMO support/testing support in ERP implementation projects
※Since many of the projects are large-scale, there are many examples of support for each phase of the project.

You will be responsible for managing the project from the perspective of essential quality assurance support in the above three perspectives.
The department anticipates further demand in the future and is expected to expand in size.
There are many career opportunities available in the future, including project manager, consultant, and organizational management.

■Responsibilities
●Service Manager
・Account strategy development and execution in collaboration with Sales Director and Account Management Director
・Service planning, development, knowledge accumulation and standardization
・Program management within the account
・Organization Management

　-Goal setting and personnel evaluation
※About Service Managers
In this position, you will be responsible for developing a structure and organization to hone the technology of each solution and provide services with high added value and high unit cost.
Also you will hire and train human resources to raise the service level and improve the unit price, aiming to expand sales on the service axis, as well as accumulate knowledge in each service.

●Project Manager
・PM/PMO duties (in charge of large or multiple projects)
　-Project plan (including test plan and quality control plan) creation and promotion
　-Quality control/progress management/issue management/manpower management
　Quality management/progress management/issue management/manpower management - Quality improvement measures study/proposal

※Projects and assignments will be determined based on your experience and preferences.

-ERP (SAP/Oracle Cloud/D365, etc.) implementation/development/operation and maintenance experience / Project management experience
