Job Description 【Recruitment Background】
Since “Roumu Mate” is a newly launched business, there are many issues to be resolved.
Specific technical issues include reviewing the architecture with issues around containerization and improving security, performance, and availability.
This team is looking for a member who can work with us to solve issues and develop together for the growth of the business.

【Responsibilities】
Design and development of applications and system improvements using Go
Review and maintain quality of code implemented in Go
In addition, you may be entrusted with the following roles, depending on your preference and experience.

Tech Lead
Engineering Manager
Other volunteer efforts include

Plans/measures for member education (mainly for younger members)
Activities related to public relations for recruiting engineers

【Specific examples of team development】
Engineers design and implement based on specifications planned by specialists and teams. The outline of each plan is managed in Redmine, and they use the most appropriate development process for each team, such as ticket-driven or scrum. Development tasks are managed using Jira, and source code reviews are performed on GitLab.
