■ Overview of the New Product  ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ The company is currently developing a new talent platform specialized for the systems integration (SI) industry. While there are many job search services focused on IT, there is still no dominant platform dedicated specifically to SEs (Systems Engineers), PMs (Project Managers), and IT Consultants. Since the rise of DX (Digital Transformation), the SI industry’s market size has grown dramatically, and the shortage of IT talent has worsened—the job-to-applicant ratio now exceeds 12x. Despite this, most competitors focus on web engineers, leaving a major opportunity in the SE/PM/IT consultant segment, where the company sees significant potential. Moreover, compared to web engineers, visualizing the skills of PMs/PMOs is particularly challenging. Their expertise cannot be evaluated by simple indicators like programming languages or frameworks. Instead, it must be assessed through a complex combination of factors such as: ・Industry experience (e.g., finance, manufacturing) ・Business domain (e.g., accounting, HR) ・Solution area (e.g., CRM, SCM) ・Technology stack (e.g., web systems, mainframes, ERP) To address this, the company aims to redesign the resume format for IT professionals and develop technology that enables better skill visualization—thereby improving the quality of job matching. In the long run, the goal is to go beyond just a job change platform, creating an ecosystem where all IT professionals—regardless of whether they are full-time employees or contractors—can be assigned to the right projects based on their skills. This vision aligns with the company’s broader mission of realizing an “ageless society,” where individuals are evaluated by their skills, not their age. ■ Recruitment Background  ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ The current development team consists of 1 frontend engineer and 3 part-time contract engineers. However, as the number of feature requests for the product exceeds several dozen, the team lacks a leader who can consolidate requirements and drive development. The upcoming release of the “SI industry–focused talent platform” is still in its beta phase, built as a minimal viable product (MVP). To successfully grow the business, the team must implement new features quickly while avoiding technical debt. The company is seeking someone who can lead full-stack development, prioritizing business viability while also bringing experience in HR tech and platform services. ■Responsibilities - Putting feature requests to the product into requirements and cutting a ticket - Web application development in the development environment described below - Directing outsourced engineers, code review - Maintenance and operation, code quality assurance - Propose improvements to the product 【Development Environment】 ・Front-end: Next.js/TypeScript ・Backend: Ruby on Rails ・DB: PostgreSQL ・Infrastructure: AWS (Fargate/ECR/S3/RDS)/Vercel ・Others: GithubAction/Docker/Slack/GoogleWorkspace/Notion ・Development Process: Agile, Scrum ■Attractiveness (1) 300% YoY growth, active investment in new products and other development areas (2) Work with a small group of elite people such as “engineers from PKSHA (3) SO grant system, remote working, distribution of high spec PC with 32G~ memory, unlimited use of ChatGPT (4) Contribute to solving social issues of the declining birthrate and aging population. ■ Development Culture  ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ・Operates with the speed and agility of a startup—decision-making is fast due to minimal approval layers.
