Job Description |
This Order Procssing Specialist is the responsibility of all customer oder related job, handling for Japan domestic delivery, communicating with customers and internal dept. to ensure the on-time delivery and make invoices. Description ・Receive orders from the customers, to handle orders accordingly to take into SAP system with delivery and pricing info accurately. ・Correspond requirements from the customers about deliveries and timelines of orders. ・Issue related documents, such as Order Confirmation, Delivery notes, Invoice or Credit notes. ・Closer working with Purchasers, Sales, Application Specialists and Services Profile ・3-5 years' working experience in order processing or customer service dept. ・Any ERP or SD (Sales and Distribution) system experience. SAP user could be advantaged. ・Language: Japanese= necessary Native, English= Fluent is preferable, but casual conversation level is enough, to take internal communication for MS teams meeting.
