This is a great entry-to-mid level opportunity for professionals looking to grow their career in internal audit. You'll support audits across Finance, HR, Procurement, and other corporate areas, working in a diverse, international team with access to global training and certification pathways. Description * Support audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting across corporate functions. * Conduct risk-based testing and document results in audit workpapers. * Assist in evaluating internal controls and operational effectiveness. * Collaborate with team members on audit findings and improvement areas. * Contribute to audit reports and participate in stakeholder discussions. * Learn and apply internal audit methodology in day-to-day assignments. Profile * Some experience in internal audit, finance, or control-related roles. * Logical thinking, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. * Basic understanding of internal controls and risk frameworks. * Native-level Japanese; English reading/writing skills preferred. * Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: * Interest in pursuing CIA or CPA certification. * Experience in insurance or financial services a plus. * Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies (e.g., data analysis). * Curiosity to understand the business beyond assigned audits.
