Job Description As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's property portfolio, focusing on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.


Description

* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads.
* Present business proposals to prospective clients.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
* Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.


Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

* An academic background in Business, Sales, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the property industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
