We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator / Executive Assistant to support our daily operations and assist the CEO in our office in Sapporo.

This role involves coordination with external stakeholders, document management, administrative tasks, and participation in business meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements
Education: university degree or above
Have strong organizational skills – able to manage tasks, documents, and schedules with precision and efficiency.

Possess excellent computer skills – comfortable using Microsoft office software, databases, and Google workspace.

Communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and speaking, with a focus on simplicity and positive interactions.
