Job Description We are hiring an EC design/supervisor (candidate) for our company, the Japanese subsidiary of an art toy brand that is rapidly gaining popularity in China.

This will be our first full-time position.

・Understand the brand (guidelines, brand style, etc.) and design pages with consistency across multiple EC sites (Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo, official site)

・Create banners and other images (including regular, advertising, campaigns, etc.)

・Draw up and propose creative content suited to the Japanese market

・Produce creative graphic designs and creative scene designs, and output creative ideas

・Design and manage projects and promotions from a creative perspective

・Lead the EC design team and train young designers (as soon as members can be hired)

・Coordination with the Chinese headquarters (Chinese)

・Work experience at a venture company
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)

Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4500K - JPY 6500K

Description		 Monthly salary: 300,000 to 440,000 yen
