Job Description [New graduates] Web creative design

You will be responsible for two main types of work.

① Web marketing and creative design for clients

You will be responsible for planning and producing marketing and creative work for client companies using Marketing DX SaaS b→dash.

Depending on your level of proficiency, you may also be entrusted with client facing.

・HTML email newsletters

・Thumbnails displayed when sharing on SNS

・Web advertising banner creatives

・White papers

②Web marketing and creative design for our own products

You will be responsible for planning and producing marketing creative work to be used for PR marketing for b→dash and our 2nd and 3rd products.

We have people with practical experience in creative design, such as those with experience in web design production.

Working Hours [Day shift]
9:00-18:00 (60-minute break)
*Work 5 days a week
*Overtime is about 40 hours per month (maximum 10 hours per week)

Requirements		 Technical/Humanities/International Business
Web Designer

・N2 required (certificate required)
・Business level Japanese
・Able to read and write Japanese
・Able to use honorific business language in Japanese
・Able to respond to conversations well and communicate
・Able to communicate smoothly in writing (as chat such as Slack is used frequently in work)
・University or graduate school graduate (new graduates/graduates are acceptable)
・29 years old or younger (※To plan career development)
・Design production skills using Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop
・Implementation skills using HTML/CSS
(Implementation skills: Example 1) Experience in creating web designs in personal projects and creating landing pages using Figma or Illustrator
(Implementation skills: Example 2) Experience participating in team projects and working as a designer in charge of UI/UX design, or experience in markup implementation and reproducing designs using HTML/CSS
(Implementation skills: Example 3) Experience in markup work using HTML/CSS based on design comps created with Figma
※The following would be even better if you have them.
・Those who have passed N1
・JavaScript implementation skills
*Those who can handle the relevant work, such as technical knowledge, humanities knowledge, and international work
*Those who can work in Japan

Description		 [Basic monthly salary] 208,000 yen
[Monthly salary example] 280,000 yen
*The above monthly salary example includes basic salary (208,000 yen) and fixed overtime pay (72,000 yen).
*Extra overtime work beyond the fixed overtime hours will be paid at an additional premium.
*The salary amount and net amount may differ depending on income tax, municipal tax, etc.
