Job Description ​​​​​​Ahead staffing is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer for one of our Global E-Commerce Clients. This opportunity lies within a product team, dedicated to designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for SaaS platforms impacting millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product design from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering polished interfaces.

Manage the entire design lifecycle, from project initiation to gathering feedback and iterating on designs post-launch.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.

Continuously improve the user experience of existing features and products based on user feedback and data insights.

Maintain and evolve a cohesive UI design system, ensuring consistency across all products.

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating your vision and advocating for user-centered design principles.

Follow up on product launches to measure effectiveness, validate hypotheses, and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the Product team to create assets such as email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements		 Required Skills:

5+ years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products (design portfolio required).

Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar design and prototyping tools.

Preferred Skills:

User Research: Strong ability to conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

​​​​​​​Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual design.

​​​​​​​Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

​​​​​​​Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and advocate for design decisions.

​​​​​​​Data-Driven Design: Familiarity with any analytics tools for informed and data driven design improvements.

Branding: Ability to maintain and evolve a cohesive brand identity across all design elements.

Animation: Experience in creating micro-interactions and animations to enhance user engagement.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.

UI Development: Experience will be a plus.
