Our core business, service design, refers to comprehensive design of the overall customer experience, including not only the product itself but also when the product is not being used, and the creation of organizations and mechanisms to realize it. When developing new services, updates to existing services, digital products, etc., we draw the ideal form of the service and the ideal experience from the user's perspective, whether online or offline, and connect it to design, web app and product construction. We comprehensively provide everything needed for services, from UX consulting to implementation. Our designers will realize the ideal form of the service and the ideal experience drawn by the entire team, including the client, in-house designers, engineers, UX designers, and members of our overseas offices, from a design perspective. To that end, as an expression expert, they will participate in all stages of the project, including user research (impression surveys, preference surveys), workshops, UI design, implementation reviews, prototyping, and user testing, in addition to the design process. In the design process, the art director mainly draws the world view and concept and defines the optimal communication with the user, but the designer position this time will run alongside the art director to create the design. Eventually, I will be involved in the project as an art director.
