A Business Development Manager is required for a permanent role in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on sales and strategic growth within Japan. This position offers the opportunity to develop and implement business strategies to enhance the company's market presence. Description * Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. * Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. * Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. * Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. * Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts or demand for products/services. * Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs. * Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
