This position offers the opportunity to develop and implement business strategies to enhance the company's market presence. Description * Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. * Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. * Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. * Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. * Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts or demand for products/services. * Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs. * Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Profile A successful Business Development Manager should have: * Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. * Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
