Job Description |
<Specific work content> ■Sales, customer service ■Display, product display ■Adjusting eyewear comfort ■Store cleaning ■Cash register work ■Inventory management <Job highlights> ★Customer service style tailored to each individual! Since many of the products are expensive, it is important to serve customers politely. Draw out the customer's preferences and lifestyle from the conversation and suggest products that suit their needs. ★A wide range of customers, both domestic and international, visit the store! For example, in tourist areas such as Shibuya and Odaiba, about 40% are foreign tourists, while outlets are mainly families. The customer base varies depending on the brand and region. Therefore, those who want to utilize language skills such as English and Chinese can also be active. Those who are not good at English conversation can communicate using translation machines or body language, or take online language training in the company. ★International and frank workplace! Depending on the store, each store is operated by about 5 to 6 people. Because it is a foreign-owned company, there are many international stores and the corporate culture is one that recognizes diversity. The hierarchical relationships are also flat, so it is an easy workplace to communicate outside of work. ★ Put your ideas to good use! There is a system in place to convey opinions from the field to headquarters through the store manager, and many proposals have been adopted so far. (Examples) ◎ Negotiate directly with base personnel at a store near a U.S. military base and hold a campaign ◎ Introduce OAKLEY products in a sports hobby community and invite personnel to the store ◎ Carry out product promotion activities in the ocean at a store frequented by surfers * Clear indication of scope of legal changes to job duties: Job duties may change in the future. Details will be provided during the interview. |
